Adding Emoji to iMac and iPhone

I’m trying to change the blue SUV emoji that’s in Apple Color Emoji.ttc to black.
I imported it to Photos and edited it, making it black.
I changed the suffix to .pdf, .jpg and .ttc, but can’t get it back into the emojis folder.
