Adding html to a iweb made webpage

I want to add an "Amazon associates" link to my page. It will just show the image of a book and has a link to the product page on Amazon. I've just set up this account and I'm away from my mac and cannot test this out on iweb. But just wondering how would I do this?

You can add a Link button, or simpler, just add the HTML Widget and copy / past the code from the Amazon button. You can position the HTML Widget anywhere. It is like embedding an html page / code within and iWeb page.

I tried this and everything was looking like it was going to work. But nothing showed up on my site. I noticed this on the Amazon site "IMPORTANT: Save this image to your server, then cut and paste the HTML code in the lower left textbox into your web page." I saved the image on my iDisk. Is there another way I should have done this?
