Adding Location to a Focus

I watched a YouTube and suggested I turn off many of the location options for System Services. When I try to set a Location for a custom Focus, I can type in the address and it shows up but when I touch it, it just disappears and nothing is set. Turns out I need to enable "Alerts & Shortcuts Automations" under System Services under Location Services.

I get what’s happening. So when you try to set a location for your Focus mode, it just disappears, right? That’s because you need to have "Alerts & Shortcuts Automations" turned on in your Location Services settings. I know it’s a bit confusing, especially when you’re trying to set it up, but once you turn that on, it should work fine.

Yes. I was just trying to let other users know, if they see these symptoms, what to do to fix it.

One suggestion to Apple that Canon cameras do is to display a message explaining why it isn’t working.
