Adding nonDRM music to Apple Music without iTunes

hi. I’m trying to figure out if I can get away without a PC or Mac. I’m looking for a way to add my own music (nonDRM music in mp3 format for example) to my Apple Music collection without the use of Mac or pC. I want to be able to play music on HomePod and other devices that use Apple Music.

Possible?

Simple answer 'NO'

They only way to upload and tag your iCloud Music library is the abomination calles iTunes.

Sadly there is no web uploader like Google Play music for instance. Apple cannot even be bother to make an official webplayer for the service.
