Adding own photo

I've managed to load a photo from an external file onto the iPhone photo library thanks to earlier posts. Now how do you set it as your own phone number's picture as your own number isn't listed in the contacts list?

Just add yourself to the address book and apply the photo. What good of will do, I don't know...
