Adding Phone Numbers from Old Phone

Need some help here. I've managed to bluetooth my old address book cards from my old LG Chocolate phone to a folder on my imac desktop. Problem is I have no idea how to get them on my iphone. Any pointers, tip s or suggestions are MUCH appreciated. Thanks.

See if you can import the cards into Address Book and then sync!

See if you can import the cards into Address Book and then sync!

That's pretty much it. Address Book is like the iPhone's Master Contact List. Something has got to import the Chocolate's addresss book cards if Address Book won't.
