I have recently returned to the Mac after many years as a PC user, and am thrilled to be back! However, I am having one problem that I cannot seem to resolve on my own:
In Mail I have prepared several signatures to go with my outgoing mail, one of which includes a scan of my signature (a .jpg file). For some reason, though, people who receive this signature don't see the image, but rather see a note that there is an attached file. (I have set up the identical signature in Entourage and those same people say that the Entourage version comes through just fine.)
My Mail is set up to use Rich Text format, just like the Entourage, and my Missing Manual for OS X makes it seem that adding a signature image should not be a problem, yet this is proving to be beyond me. Can any of you help solve this??
Thanks!!
