Hello,

Have a zillion photos that I use for my Desktop pix cycling, and also for
the Screensaver.

Would like to add a simple single line of text to each.

Is the only way to transfer each photo to a Photo Editing program, add the text, and then back agin ?

Any way of not having to use a photo editing program, and, perhaps, doing it more directly and simpler ?

Thanks,
bob

Try out the app “Over.”

Hi,

Thanks for suggestion.

The writeup for seems to imply it is only for the iPhone, etc. And not for the iMac.

Will it work on the iMac ?

Any others to consider ?

Thanks again,
Bob

If you're trying to add a watermark (the same text over and over) then there are programs for that. If you're trying to have each photo have its own unique caption, that's a different story... but you could use Preview for that task.
