Adding weather to home screen

How can I add the weather (as below) to the Homescreen, NOT the lock screen? I'm fine using SSH as I use it on a daily basis at work. Plus I've already hacked my phone, but I just don't have the code to add it to my existing theme. Any help is appreciated.

Try Weather Icon. It makes the Weather App tell you the actual weather.

Here's my thread, you'll have to put a theme on like me.
