iPhone Additional contact info on incoming call?

Does anyone know of a tweak/widget that allows you to see additional contact fields from the incoming caller? I found the old Cydia tweak "Call InfoFields" that does the trick but it hasn't been updated in years (I emailed the dev -- Elias Limneos of CallBar, etc.).
I receive calls from clients and I have information/notes for each of them. It would be nice to have that information pushed to me before I pick up the call.

The tweak/widget I'm looking for would have pretty much the same functionality as the Android app Call Notes Pro:

I take it from the 165 views with no responses that there probably isn't a way to do this. Worth a try (maybe someone will decide to create this tweak).
