Anyone else experiencing the same problem or have a quick fix? Mobileme mail will not autocomplete email addresses from my contacts list. I've check and my contacts are accessible on mobileme, but email doesn't seem to make the link. Thanks!
I'm having the same issue. Also when I click on the address book in MobileMe Mail, it says "Contacts is temporarily unavailable.
We're working hard to restore normal service. We apologize for the inconvenience."
Is everyone's broken, or just me and the original post?

I get the same message when I try to either address a new email in the to: field, or click the address book icon to select a contact when addressing a new email.

I am a Mac enthusiast and user through and through. Having said that, there are so many problems with the rollout of iPhone 2.0 software/firmware, MobileMe, etc.
I, too, have experienced the MobileMe Mail address autofill function not working, despite the nice seemingly flowing (probably well edited) walk-through video done by "John" from Apple. Additionally, I noticed that in the video Apple demonstrates how quickly items are pushed/synced, but that has not been my experience. Aside from pushed email being almost instantaneous, other items (i.e., contacts, calenders) seem to take longer.
Anyhow, my two cents.

Wow, sure glad I'm not the only one with this problem! I'm so dependent on this feature, and it's such a basic one, that I don't know how it doesn't work. For now I'm having to open Address Book from the dock to find addresses, or just wait for someone to email me and then just hit the reply button.
Anyone know if Apple has said anything about this feature being worked on? It's not a dealbreaker for me, but it's close to being one!

So I just emailed Apple support on this. I'll post whatever reply they send concerning this. It worked fine in my .Mac account and under Safari>Preferences>Autofill, I still have all three boxes checked, so I dunno. The only other thing bugging me (and I asked Apple about also) is when I open MobileMe mail, the top email automatically opens. I don't care for this feature at all and want to know how to turn it off.
