Ok so I've just been trying (again) to send an SMS over my phone using the bluetooth feature on address book, but whenever I right click someone's number the Dial using bluetooth and Send SMS features appear greyed out - can anyone run through this for me in basic steps? My phone's configured to run with iSync (Razr V3) what might I be doing wrong?

check your basics:
Phone paired with mac?
Bluetooth enabled on both?
Bluetooth button activated in adressbook? (I think Tiger connects automatically but panther don't)

Well I'm on Tiger so here goes

Paired - I believe so - they both browse hapily through the bluetooth manager.
Blueooth button in addressbook? As in above the contacts list? I click on it and it brings up a list of BT devices in range, I click on my phone, it asks for a passkey, I put in a key and it says to confirm on the phone but my phone doesn't ask for it.

Ideas?

If it asks for a passkey, it sounds like its not paired, but then it shouldn't show up in your bluetooth manager...

I think I'd try erasing it from bluetooth manager, pair it again from there and see if magic happens...

Does iSync run OK?

Google really is an amazing thing:) Bluephone elite is a nifty little app that'll let you do all sorts of stuff. If your'e into that, check out Romeo as well.

Romeo's no use for me :0

Dunno why but I sat here googling bluetooth elite - no wonder I got nothing :p
