Address Book multiple address formating?

I am looking for a way to change the postal address format on each vcard. I have friends in Japan and also friends in Italy and also friends in the U.S. Each of these places formats the postal address a little differently. I see where I can change the format for all vcards in Preferences and General, but I can't see a way to change the format for each card specifically.

Anyone know?

edit: also, is there a way to add to the instant messenger list? That is, right now I see "AIM, Jabber, MSN, ICQ, Yahoo". I want to be able to add Skype to this list.
