Address Book Sync Issues

I am managing a small network of about 6 mac pros and a mac pro server. One of the biggest issue that we are trying to resolve is the address book syncing. The company relies on a large bank of contacts that need to be on all of the computers on the network. The problem is that not all the contacts aren't syncing to all the computers on the network. Some will get all but most will only get around 2/3 of the cards.
