well i guess my mbp crapped out on me and deleted all my contacts (awesome..) so when i clicked sync the addressbook, my iphone contact list got erased (even more awesome..)

i was wondering how to restore the iphone with my contact list (before my fckn messed up mbp erased it?) i know it backsup the iPhone whenever i sync it to my computer so i was wondering as to how/where the recovery file is at?

Did you back it up with Time Machine? If you did, it might have backed up the iPhone's backup which is within iTunes, if that makes any sense...

Did you right click your iPhone in iTunes and select Restore from Backup?
