Adminstrator access to other user files??

I've started another user account for better music production settings, but often want to be able to access the files in that user while in my regular adminstrator user.

Can anyone tell me how to do this. I have gone to network in the finder, local disk, users, then when I go to the relvant file (e.g. Music) there is a little red minus icon telling me I don't have access privaliges.

While I'm at it - can I allow access to administrator files from other user also

You could log in as root or just save the files in the public folder.

Log in as the music user and go to the files you want the admin to be able to access.

Do Get Info on the files and go to the Ownership and Permissions section, Details subsection and where it says "others" change it to read & write.

in your admin account, open Terminal and type:

sudo chmod -R o+rw /Users/music_user/

Where "music_user" is the name of your music account's shortname. This will give "others" read & write to all directories/files in the music account's home directory.

Okay, but now how do you access them from the admin account? Where do they appear or what do you go to to see them. Say if I wanted access to my girlfriends pics from my admin account, I go to get info on her folder, change sharing, now how do I access the folder from my admin account?

Just go to the folder in Finder where that user has them stored.
It's most likely in /Users/herusername/Pictures/
