iOS admob integration help

I'm trying to integrate admob.com ads in my app, I did everything said in the read me file but i got this error.

no, but I added the required frameworks now and now i get:

the problem was that I added both the simulator and device lib when i was building for the simulator, now it has build successfully but the app runs then shuts down directly, I checked the council and found this.
