Adobe Flash Player 9

I have a macbook pro, and I followed the steps on adobes site to run flash player 9 beta. but for whatever reason its not working. Does anyone know what the deal is?

Looks like they have two installers for Flash 9. A PowerPC version and a Universal version. Are you sure you got the Universal one?
