Permit my Shakespearean lament....

Alas, parting is such sweet sorrow, of I have laboured many weeks keeping my trusty steeds up to date, but now is truly my moment of discontent!

Adobe finally requires AVX2 support!

Sadly I cannot update to the newest versions, but current version (with bugs) still work, so I will plod on regardless and start looking at the M4 range of Macs once they are announced.

It's been a fun ride!

Several apps in CC 2024, like Premiere Pro and After Effects, already did require AVX2. It's not surprising that the requirement has expanded.
