MP 1,1-5,1 Adobe Lightroom Classic 14 Crash cmp 4.1

I'm having trouble with the latest version of Lightroom Classic on my cmp.

The config is the following:
2x Xeons X5670
XFX RX590
96GB DDR3
MacOs installed in a SSD Crucial P3 on a OWC Accelsior.

It simply crashes on startup.
I've tried it on Sequoia, Sonoma and Ventura (all with OCLP 2.1.2 and 1.5.0) on fresh formated setups.
On Windows 10 is working fine and on my macbook pro 16 2019 is also working fine.
Could this be AVX2 related?

yeah, it could be.
the thing is, in windows it works fine.
also adobe isnt allowing the install of ps, illustrator etc when the app requires AVX2 and the system doesnt support it, so it's strange that it allow me to install Lightroom
