Rosetta. It's a nice emulator (I see that the Apple blurb claims that there's no emulation, that's more of a play on words than the truth) included with Intel-based Macs so that PowerPC applications can run. As long as you have a decent amount of RAM (1GB+), Photoshop performance will be quite reasonable.
