adobe raw does not want to work with 10.15

I have a 2014MBP running 10.15.7
I downloaded the latest Adobe camera raw 15.3 from 2 different sites. The one site states that system requirements are 10.12 Sierra or later. However after I agree to the T&C's a error screen comes up "adobe camera raw can't be installed on this disk Mac OS 11. is needed"
But I can't find any older versions of Raw either??
Any ideas or work arounds
