I'm trying to type on a path in either photoshop or illustrator. I know how to do it, i'm using a circle as a path, problem is when i click on it to type it always goes on the outside of the circle instead of the inside, how do i toggle that?

Choose Type > Type on a Path > Type on a Path Options, select Flip, and click OK.

(from Illustrator Help F1) ;)

or... Select the type object. Position the pointer over the type's center bracket until a small icon appears next to the pointer. Then drag the bracket across the path.

Great tip BV! I was trying to do that recently and gave up as it wasn't mission critical and I lost interest in what I was doing anyway. But I'll remember for next time! :D
