I have three content blockers turned on and I just noticed that adds are getting through on MacRumors… anyone else noticing this?

Edit: I'm on iOS 9.1 beta 3
Edit 2: just noticed ads getting through every site...iOS 9.1 beta 3 issue?

Maybe a beta 3 issues, haven't updated yet myself. You could try to re-enable them to see if this resolves the issue.

Having 3 installed an running at the same time probably hurts you more than not having any. Just use one.

I'm not seeing ads with Crystal on 9.1 beta 3.

iOS9.1b2 on iPad Air 2, and using Purify on Safari - I've yet to see an ad on this site when I browse it with the iPad.

Keep in mind that Safari does not have unlimited resources. Asking it to do too much as far as content blockers, at some point Safari just going to stop parsing blocking rules.

Try removing one of your content blockers and see if that helps.

Guessing from your "macrumors 6502" you are very active on this site, why block the ads? I don't I even click on them from time to time to support the site.
