Adult content blocker

I'm looking for an adult content blocker for safari on iOS 9.

Is that exist?

Magic has an option to block adult sites

Couldn't you just enable restrictions from the general section of settings. Then in the Safari settings in there select limit adult websites?
(The wording may be a little different in the settings, I've never actually used it)
