I love this game.
The graphics are great, the sounds are convincing, and the gameplay is challenging. I only played this game on the computer once or twice, so it's still new to me.
The controls are very good, although at times it can be difficult to see what you're trying to do behind your finger. Some of the tasks could be explained a little clearer; for instance,on the second patient you have to staple and caulderize wounds on him, but it does not tell you that the smaller wounds do not need stapling, only the caulderizing. A little trial and error is all it takes if you get stuck on this game.
With 20 patients that need your help, this game is well worth the price IMO.

Gaphics: 8/10
Sounds: 8/10
Controls: 7/10
Gameplay: 9/10

I think that's what makes it's repeat value good. You have to figure out what to do with the tools, and sometimes because of that, you need to re-do some patients. This game is a hell of a lot of fun. Highly recommended!
Not so obvious...
Despite all efforts, the first game/first action cannot be completed...without a "MISS Inaccurate" error. There's nothing on the FAQ, nothing on the Boards, nothing available anywhere to help users get past this. I've magnified the screen and have tried tapping, dragging, just about everything with the pizza cutter...but alas...nothing works. What am I missing??

when using the pizza cutter... hold down and keep moving over all the yellow dots till they disappear. just make sure you don't life your finger before your get all the yellow dots or you will fail.
