Know, I know what your thinking, and no I don't have any content for it or anything, nor do I have any interest... However since I am broke, and I have an Adult website & domain name that gets over 15,000 hits per month, and growing each month with no advertising... What can I do with it, I'd like to sell it as I am sure it will get a decent amount... But where would one sell such a domain, and how? Is it worth something? I need money since I am selling my bussiness and I need money, and just notinice one of my many domain name has tons of people going to it... Any thoughts

Also, I don't know what MR people think of such a thread so if you want to know detailed info like the URL to help me out please PM request.

Open to any ideas.

Hmm.. I'd sell it. Get some cash for a MacBook pro. :)

I think you could go to sell it on eBay. I've heard of it happening before.

You can sell domains in the Marketplace - I had a thread with a list of them, try here before eBay you never know, somebody could be interested....

Why don't you get some google ads in there, keep it up for a year or 2 longer, then when intel macs are more widely used and have gone through some revs, sell it.

Good idea... I have had bad luck with eBay lately and the took down 32 of my listings because I took an 'Unsafe Payment Method IE: BidPay") I did not know why that was I just thought I'd offer it to be nice for people who don't like PayPal, and I did NOT yet get my listings refunded... So I am in big debt with them too  So I don't know about listing this there since I am not sure of such a domain... But maybe with a mods permission I could get this moved to market place, and then post info on the domain name...

I did have Google Ads on there, then the complained that there is NOT to be any on Adult sites, so they kindly closed my account, and took the funds I did raise

Yes, I know nothing but bad luck...

I think you can sell on godaddy.com, not sure though but i KNOW you can find out how much it's worth so you dont get stiffed on ebay.

 I hate GoDaddy, needless to say half the images on site don't work, and a Quote is $4.95  I'll just wait to find something better, plus I am broke :p

He clearly stated the URL was not going to be shown in the thread. MacAffects, I hear there is some good money in Adult Entertainment.;)

Well, he said he was unsure about how MR people felt about it. I clarified that it doesn't matter, it's against the rules. :p

Google: Domain Auction

Thanks, I have just pushed the Domain Name to SEDO.com, and its waiting 2 days to verify, then I can sell it... IF ANY MEMBERS ARE INTERESTED PM ME

Also, yes I thought it best not to post the link even if there is no contend since there are minors on this site.

I had no idea there was a market until I recently saw some listings on ebay. So do people register domain names on a whim and then sell them later? So it's like a stock market in itself?

I bought it for the intent for a School Educational site, but it seems that not what people wanted so I am flexible
:D
