I was cleaning my MacBook ready to sell it, and noticed the dreaded keyboard pattern on the glass that won't come off.
While it doesn't affect the actual visibility of the display while in use, I've seen machines with this issue selling for far, far less.
Has anyone experienced this and had their devices recently replaced? I don't see why I should take a huge loss on the sale of my perfectly functional computer because of a fault caused by decisions made by Apple (e.g. not having enough space between the keys and screen.)
