Advice for selling 3gs 16gb and buying iPhone 4

I bought an iPhone 3gs 16gb black in march and am hooked on wanting to pre order the iPhone 4g despite the crazy no contract fee. What is my best shot at getting money out of my 3gs? Is ebay the best option? My phone is in superb condition how much should i try to get for it? Also, when/if i sell my 3gs, will the iPhone 4 come with a new and different sim card?

I sold my 32GB 3GS on craigslist today for $370. Probably could have gotten more but I was inpatient and wanted to get it over with. I would try posting it on craigslist and see what happens and then if anything you could always post it on ebay. The thing with ebay is that you'll always sell it but their selling fees are outrageous.

The craigslist idea is a good one and i think i will go that route
