Advice on Trail Loop size

I am going to order a Trail Loop for my Ultra 2, but wanted advice on the sizing. My 165mm wrist is right in the middle of both size offerings. Would you recommend the S/M or the M/L? I'm thinking the M/L might be easier to remove, but really would like comments from owners. Thanks!

S/M: 130-180
M/L: 145-220

My wrist is 165mm also and I have the S/M. The velcro part and pull-tab ends right at the mid-point of the underside of my wrist. I think it fits perfectly. I wouldn't want the M/L because there would be a ton of extra loop wrapping around. Some people mentioned having a hard time getting it off their hand, but I don't have an issue. I just make sure I unloop it past the two velcro tabs at the end.
