Alright, I have a Mac Powerbook G4 and I've had it for 2 years. I've had no problems with it until last night. I am trying to download some stuff, with downloader it comes with. Everytime I try,it goes to the download queue and doesn't download. It'll go to the queue and just say like 8.4 KB of 2.3 MB or something and than next to it,it says Cannot create file. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I was talking to him and i wanted to help him with his problem and every search i try to find it comes up with something about Windows and i was hoping you all could help me give him an answer.

And this is a user at another forum, i was just hoping you all could help.
Thank You.

I had that happen when trying to backup my forum. I had accidently quit safari when i was downloading (didn't give me the warning however which was odd) and then i tried to download again and kept telling me it couldn't create file. I realized I had a partial file already on my desktop so i deleted it and i could download again.

Make sure the person does not already have a partial download of the same file in the downloads folder
