Can anyone please help me, I spilt a small amount of tea on my Macbook screen. Everything works absolutely fine, but is this liquid trapped under the screen and will it dry? How long do i need to let it dry for if so?

Given how sealed the screen is. Drying will take a very long time. It'll also leave residue behind which could cause damage. Your best bet is to find a third party shop to remove the glass and clean the LCD and glass. Then put it back together. Otherwise do it yourself.

Apple won't do that work. I'm guessing a lot of Authorized Providers won't either. As Apple likely has a lot of rules for authorized shops to follow.

In the future. I would suggest never eating or drinking around your computer.

All you can do at this stage is leave it to dry and see what happens. Not a good idea to keep using it in the meantime. It will take quite a while to dry.
