advice with my jailbreak 9.3.3

hi,jailbroke my ipad pro with the chinese jaibreak on my computer as the safari one was no longer available,one of my problems is with appcake it has no sound on the games/apps im downloading ? ive never rebooted the ipad as i deleted the chinese jailbreak of my comp as i seemed to be getting a lot more activity through my bullguard security,any advice on what i can do ? should i reboot and install the english jailbreak version with impactor ? another thing will i possibly lose the 1 year certificate if i do this,i have beijing certificate on both my devices

also found out the tether jailbreak on my iphone still wont work with skygo even if i reboot and remove it which is a pain !!

I think Appcake is a shady repo for cracked apps. If so maybe delete it and support the developers.

From what I've read the option to JB via Safari is back available which includes the one year certificate.
