Affinity Photo / Catalina - Can’t Save As to Folder Location?

When I try to Save a photo using Save As, I get this error message:

I can save to the same folder every other time, but I can’t with this current photo. Not sure why.

Any ideas are welcome.

Please help! Thanks!
