Affinity Publisher Adventure Land

was given a massively large Affinity Publisher file called Adventure Land by Apple. Does anyone have this file or know where to get it? I would like to test it on my Mac to see how it performs.

I managed to get in touch with the devs of serif and they didnt have it. They said only apple can give it out
