After 10.15.3 upgrade I cannot log into some sites using safari

Ever since I upgraded to 10.15.3 Safari fails to log me into some sites, for example reddit.com. I can log in fine from firefox and chrome. I've deleted my history and cache, but it still does not work.

The strange thing is if I log into the old style reddit via old.reddit.com, I can log in.

Anybody got any ideas how to fix this? Its driving me nuts

After I upgraded my keychain got messed up... I have the same but managed to salvage my passwords.

Can you log in to app store?

are you running any adblockers or other extensions? if so, make sure they're up-to-date, and compatible with catalina...

I've deleted all the Safari extensions, and it is still doing it.
I can log into the App Store
