After 10.6.2 Mini locks when waking from sleep

Hi all,

so I've briefly searched on Google and on this forum to see if anyone has had this problem, but I couldn't find anything. Apologies if there is a thread which has already discussed this.

So the symptom is that I leave it at the end of the day to go to sleep, return the next day, touch a key on the keyboard to wake it. It does wake, but the screen is frozen. I can move the cursor but no key will action do anything. I have to hold the power button to turn it off and then back again.

Any ideas?
