Whether it be one playlist or fifty, may it be music saved to "My Music" or not, I can no longer get any music to stick to the phone. It will show the songs downloading for offline use, counting down from however many in the playlist to zero, and then as soon as you start to download the next playlist, the offline tracks from the previous playlist disappear. I re-installed, fresh installed, logged out, logged in, rebooted, saved the music to my music, made smart playlists, copied them to normal playlists etc, NOTHING makes the music stay on the phone for offline use.

I just tried it again, downloaded 756 songs (the amount that are in playlists, took an hour) and as soon as it got to zero tracks to download, 90% of the playlists show no songs avail for offline with just a few tracks here and there downloaded.

(*(*(* Frustrating *)*)*)

There are now a lot of people with this problem, and it's crickets from apple.

No, I am not running off to Spotify or buying an Android, but I do spend almost every day on an airplane so this is bad news.

I had huge issues with this also. Am still having them. Spent several hours on the line with Apple. They can't figure it out. It refuses to download my purchased music playlist which is music I casually purchased from iTunes. Hoping this gets resolved soon.

I'm also having this issue.

One day I have all my songs available offline, the next day none are available offline.

I hate it, I really do. It happens with all my smart albums.

Same problem :( Eats into data plan as well. Intermittent and only happens to some playlists and not others. I'll always have some stuff to listen to offline but a proportion of what should be there disappears and I need to redownload songs.

Also many smart playlists are not syncing correctly.

It is all so sad :( If it would just work it would be fantastic but so many bugs.

Once again reading these posts I can only imagine your frustration. I have not had any of these issues from the 3-month trial and now paid family plan. Whatever is wrong, I hope it gets resolved.
