Your experience is uncommon for Apple. Usually from some of the posters on this fora I get the impression that Apple routinely overnight replacement laptops like they are free!
Ring back and demand to know where is your free replacement, waiting 2 months for a repair job is
unacceptable considering that is 1/6th of your warranty period. I'd try to demand at least a free 3 year Applecare extension if I were you. Hell, if I were you I'd just file a chargeback with my credit card company for "Merchandise returned" 3 weeks after I sent it in for return!
