iPhone 6(S)/Plus After battery replacement issue

My wife's iPhone 6 had a battery replacement a few days ago from Apple authorized service. After the replacement the battery health says "service. Is it normal? Do I need to calibrate the battery and how to do if so. Any help would be appreciated.

Based on the screenshot, they replaced it with a non-OEM battery.

My daughter had her SE updated with a new battery and it says maximum capacity 100%.

I just had the battery of my 6s replaced through Applestore and capacity says 100%.

Decharge the phone to 0%, then charge it up to 100%, if you still get the "---" then return it.
