After cydia purchase i got a email stating that,
This Payment Authorization allows SaurikIT, LLC to charge you multiple times automatically for your purchase on http://cydia.saurik.com/.

What does it mean ???

I get something similar once a year when I have to renew my authorization. You probably selected the option to allow Cydia to charge your amazon account up to a certain dollar amount. I always give Cydia permission to charge up to $20. Whenever I renew this permission, I get that email although mine is worded slightly different. This only happens about once a year for me. In my opinion, you're fine.

Does the email say that verbatim? Or did you type that in your own words? I can't go back and copy and paste the email I received to help clarify if you'd like. Just let me know.

no its doesnt say verbatim.
i can copy the mail.

It's a standard payment agreement. PayPal has them too for other online services (1and1 hosting for example). You are authorizing Saurik to bill your account up to x amount of dollars (mine is $25). Essentially it allows you to not have to enter payment info every time but also restricts the amount you can charge. When you first put in payment info, you chose the option for Amazon Payments (keep information stores) so you created that authorization yourself. The other poster who didn't get the same email probably chose to not store payment info.
