After downloading a theme, not all icons work?

After i downloaded a theme for my iphone only some icons would change, why aren't the rest of the theme icons applying? anyone else experience this problem or know a fix?

because the developer of the theme only developed icons for certain apps. Not all apps are going to have an icon from the theme. usually the popular Cydia apps do (cycorder, pdanet, etc) and some appstore apps (facebook fring etc)

I downloaded the theme from ispazio then applied it through SSH. Now j looked at all the icon files and they are there but then are not applying to my phone. Let alone these are basic icons like text msging or phone that are not changing

then you shh'ed it wrong and probably have things in the wrong directory.
