After failed mod attempt. phone won't sync

I need some help please. My attempt to tether failed with a file unknown error. No big deal, but now I cannot sync. The summary bar in itunes show all of the files are of the "unknown" variety. I seem to remember there was a fix listed here somewhere, but I can't find it.

I would appreciate any help. Thanks
