Hi everyone, I got something wrong after installing macOS Sierra in my macbook.

After the install, I'm not able to copy anything to my external disk. When I try to drag my folders to the external disk, it only appears this icon along with my files.

I cannot format my external disk. The same thing happened with El Capitan, but at the time I've installed a patch that fixed my issue. Right now I cannot remember the name of the patch to try it again, or how I've reached to it.

Do you have any idea of how to fix it?

Thanks

Is your external drive formatted in NTFS? You might have to get the NTFS for Mac. It might be the issue there. I had the same with El Capitan. Installing the newest NTFS for Mac OSX helped.
