After installing Window XP on Bootcamp

So I installed XP on bootcamp, and Installed the driver and everthing (after inserting the OS X disc 1 (got a mbp) and now when I am using the window XP, I can't connect on the internet with wifi or ethernet, I can't play dvds because there no encoded, the right click when using two fingers. I tried to figure it out, but i am frustrated that it's not going anywhere.

After installing the driver, is most things suppose to work (as oppose to when I first purchase) the mbp using mac os?

What am I suppose to do after installing the driver and rebooting?

Dude, your writing is terrible. I can barely make out what your asking.

After you install windows the first thing you should do is pop in the Leopard disk, let it install all the drivers and reboot the system. After the restart go the Apple Update, found through the start bar, and update to the newest version of bootcamp drivers for windows.

Then continue to install service pack 3 update for windows...

Everything works under bootcamp on the mac. If your having problems something is not setup correctly.

Yea u should make sure everything is up to date 1st, then if the problem persists, u should reinstall XP. If you don't know how to do this, here's how:
1. Boot into OSX and open up Boot Camp Assistant in the Utilities folder
2. Then select "Restore this disk to a single partition"
3. Then re-partition the drive
4. Then install Windows XP like u did before
5. Then insert Leopard Disk 1 into the drive and install the drivers
6. Then open Apple Software Update (in XP) and download the latest software

Are you attempting to connect to the internet via wired or wireless?

Windows XP does not include the proper codec, so you cannot play DVDs in Windows. Visit http://www.free-codecs.com and download FFDShow. This will allow you to play DVDs in Windows. I also recommend you download Media Player Classic from the same site because it's simpler to use then WMP11 and it performs better.

Yeah and the two fingered right click also does not work in Win-I tend to use a mouse on my MB when in XP.

As for the Wi-Fi-there should be nothing you need to do-the Leopard Disc has all the drivers for Wi-Fi on it-can you tell if it is actually enabled? Not trying to be a smart arse here-it is just that it is easy to turn Wi-FI off in Windows.

can you check device manager in xp and see if every hardwares are running ok?

I tried this several time once in july and again recently, and still has the same problem. It install the drivers and everything, but i can't connect via wire or wireless. I am not sure what I did wrong. Is there something i can do?

have you enabled the airport card try clicking control panel click classic view at the side then click network connections then do the menu click on the one u want to use you want to use then click enable

P.S after u enable click on the computer icon with the on the time area and dubbe click that then select Ur airport or WI-FI network then press connect at the bottom of ue window same goes for ur Ethernet except the connecting bit
