After iOS 14 my front and back cameras have stoped working

After iOS 14 update, my front and back cameras have stoped working as well as flash light. I have restarted and force restarted both the camera app and iPhone. Still not working. I see a black screen as camera view (also in 3rd party apps)
How can I fix it?

If it’s an iPhone X or newer, press the volume up button, then volume down button, then hold the power button until the screen goes black.
