Guys,

A little help.

After upgrading to iOS 5 on my iPhone 4 (not the S), my Photos are duplicated.

Before all my photos were under the same directory, Photo Library, now I have all my pics there and also under a new directory called iPHone Photos (which I created to store all my iPhone Photos on my Mac).

For that reason, I have all the pics duplicated.

Any clues to solve this?

Cheers,

Bruno

Hey Bruno, did you get this solved?? I have the same problem. I'm on my 4th iphone and when I got my 4s and sync my iphone pics folder, I have 2 sets??? It normally just has them in the Photo Library?? Anyone know what is going on before i try calling Apple?? I put a pic on here of the two folders?? thanks!! PS im on a pc ( i know i need a Mac!) with windows XP?

I had the same problem also with my calendars. For some reason when I synced it both accounts "iCloud and desktop" both synced doubling up everything. Should be a drop down box in iTunes I just ended up unchecking iCloud. Then I erased iCloud...

I'm guessing all your photos are in a directory "Iphonepics"

I have my albums sorted, but then the sum of all my albums (1400+ pictures) are all in the Photo Library folder. Don't know why they are 'duplicated'

But in reality, they aren't really duplicated. The pictures in photo library is just all of your albums combined as I understand it. So they aren't taking up (or shouldn't be) twice the space.
