After Jailbreaking Can't Update Carrier Settings

Just like the title says, after jailbreaking my phone, when I try to update the carrier settings in iTunes I get an error message.
Anybody else have problems updating the carrier settings? I did change the AT&T carrier logo, would that have anything to do with it?

I may have to resort to restoring if there is not an easier explanation

Are you using the carrier logo? I had to unistall, apply the update and reinstall.
