My iPhone 6's Health.app is broken, data is missing, can't add anything new to it and it doesn't track my steps anymore. Is it the same for you?

I am on 9.0.2. I could delete Health folder, but then I would lose all my data.

i had the same issue, after 3 restores, i finally notice it happened only after i restored the backup, ( i did a clean upgrade, and then jailbroke it, checking health app after both steps) it turned out to be down to encrypted back up, once i did a back up with out it being encrypted it was all working fine again

Works fine for me, same setup as you.

Same thing happened to me. I'm using an iPhone 6S verizon running 9.0.2. Jailbroke with the first version of pangu. No tweaks that change locations or health data. I don't use the health app though so it isn't a big deal to me.

I think you can update pangu from inside cydia.
