After jailbreaking with blackra1n, rebooting my phone causes my phone to forget wifi passwords as well as my mail profile passwords. Does anyone know of a fix for this?

Yes. The fix is to put in your passwords again.

Pretty easy, eh?
Well then I might as well ask if it's possible to go back to 3.0.1 after upgrading because this is driving me crazy. My baseband is still at 04.05.04_G so who knows, maybe I will go back to 3.0.1.

Depends on the phone, you can downgrade a 3G easily.

If it's a 3GS, you must have your SHSH files on Cydia.

Did you upgrade to stock 3.1.2 before using Blackra1n (as recommended), if so your bb is 5.11.xx.

It's a 2G. I did upgrade to stock and now when I look in the settings, I see Version 3.1.2(7D11) and Modem Firmware 04.05.04_G
